What is CCML
I’ve been on Darzalex/Revlimid/Dexamethasone for the last year and a half. I just received the latest Myeloma labs, and my M-Spike is down to 0.11. Serum immunoelectrophoresis identifies it as type IgG.kappa. All past M-Spikes were IgG.Lambda. I wonder if the IgG.kappa M-Spike is from the Darzalex, (a Kapa monoclonal protein) and that the IgG.Lambda M-Spike may be gone. Anybody experience this?
The Daratumab specific ife was not available at labs at the beginning of the year. I hope they have it now. I had an m spike on the kappa region too. I didn't worry since I am IgG Lambda😉
And is 0.34 kappa good? in December it was 0.2 alot of folks seem so more knowledgeable about tests

Apparently when our Syracuse doctor sent a report to our Florida oncologist, he said that my husband has IgA Myeloma. We had never heard it classified this way before, and our Florida oncologist also said that none of his tests showed that. Wondering if anyone here has IgA Myeloma and if so, what test was done to determine that?
