I have IgG Kappa MM, and I just finished cycle 1 in a clinical study using carfilzomib, dex, and lenalidamide. My IgG dropped from 4,300+ to less than 1,800, and M-Spike went fro 3.1 to 1.5, both of which is about where I had been when I was first diagnosed with MGUS in 2016. However, IgA also dropped, and I am slightly anemic, which I hadn't been. I know that this is only one month, but it would seem to be a good start. What are other people's experiences?

I was diagnosed this year and to this day I've seen one image and it's been multiple images taken. My cancer was found via biopsy in my sacrem but the pain is radiating from my left hip to my ankle, I had radiation on my sacrem and more recently my femur. I've went from slow release morphine to Fentanyl patches and oxycodone for break through but now on fentanyl patches and Dilaudid. Just started Dilaudid today and pain in left hip Is horrible. i just received my ct scan for mouth and jaw ,my oncologist nurse call me after that and told me we need to do biopsy from ur mouth , doctor Cowen suspect it's the myeloma that do that in ur mouse, even my cbc came today very good , m spike 0.1, she told me he is not sure, , any help with reading my ct scan,, and if its myeloma in my mouth my question:is at can be treated?and if somebody experience like my situation I would appreciate if he can tell me his story thanks
