What Sort Of Results Are People Seeing With Treatment?

I have IgG Kappa MM, and I just finished cycle 1 in a clinical study using carfilzomib, dex, and lenalidamide. My IgG dropped from 4,300+ to less than 1,800, and M-Spike went fro 3.1 to 1.5, both of which is about where I had been when I was first diagnosed with MGUS in 2016. However, IgA also dropped, and I am slightly anemic, which I hadn't been. I know that this is only one month, but it would seem to be a good start. What are other people's experiences?
