Are you considered having MM as soon as you have more than one plasmacytoma or you need to fit all CRAB criterias first?

I was diagnosed with a 2 1/2 inch Plasmacytoma tumor in my ankle. From there after testing and scans I have a diagnoses of MGUS, not MM. I am trying to see if anyone else has been in the same situation.
My husband has not had tumours. It is always good to have a doctor who deals with myeloma all the time. Hope you get your questions answered 🙏
