I am in remission and taking 20 mg of laninomide for 21 days on and 7 days off. Since I have started this medication I have severe constipation.
I eat a lot of fiber, drink a lot of water and exercise daily.
I have tried Senna gummies, colace and have to use Milk of Manesia every few days.
Any suggestions on how to solve the constipation?
Any RX that works?
Would reducing to 15 mg help?

We all make them,,,no worries! My only severe side effects is constipation with laninomide also.
Is this site for all blood cancers, not just Multiple Myeloma? Is there a different section or page for other myelomas, such as Leukemia?I just did a search and saw this site is for myeloma, and only mentioned Multiple Myeloma once, so I'm assuming MM is just one.....

I was taken off ninlaro 2 yrs ago. This week I had my first M spike since transplant (2015). Is it likely that I will be put back on ninlaro?
That’s a good question for your doctor. You have to get control of your myeloma so there’s going to be an answer for sure. Best of wishes you get in remission again soon!
