My paraprotien figures are continuing to rise.Hopefully they will start to come down now i hsve started a course of lanidomide.the only thing worrying me at the moment is a continuous pain in my right side and lower back.The best way to describe it is the same as a severe stitch.I have tried all manner of pain killers,nothing seems to work it just constantly aches.

We are looking into Car T since he has had tandem SCT's and his options are either ; Car T, or trying meds to see if numbers get better. I have asked the Doc to do bone marrow biopsy to confirm but his urine is loaded He is light chain MM.

I am three years in remission and I just got blood work done but my Kappa light chains were elevated but my Lambda light chains were normal. Can anybody advise me on why this could happen. They are normally both in range but my Kappa is really elevated.
