The ratio is always the important number. The kappa and lambda can both go high in response to infection or inflammation in the body so that is not a worry if they do but the ratio is the important factor. It is when one goes high and the other stays normal that is alarming.
@A MyMyelomaTeam Member Rick these are my latest numbers. Doc says not ready for a lenalidomide break. Also these numbers were taken while I was not doing the full 21 day sequence for July.
After seeing your test results, I really need to have an MRD negativity clonoSEQ test.

@A MyMyelomaTeam Member also the BMB ClonoSEQ is considered more accurate than the blood test. Based on an AI search. But the blood test is still considered good for routine monitoring, however it could miss some cells.
