As you can see, many people are concerned for you. The most important person on your team is a MM Specialist. My first 2 Oncologists were not and I had no idea I needed a MM Specialist. The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation has a list of MM Specialiss around the country. HTTPS://www.themmrf.org
Your Hematologist/Oncologist will be happy to work with them on your treatment plan, reading your test results and deciding which scans you need.

So true, Louise. I was fortunate to have been referred to an MM specialist by my oncologist. Although initially referred for a stem cell transplant, I was chosen for clinical trial and am very grateful for that. All the best.

They can't tell from one set of labs. They will need to run a few consecutive myeloma panels, imaging and a bone marrow biopsy if you haven't had one. Let you doctor know about your neck pain as soon as possible.
