When doing bloodwork post car t does your light chain values have to remain below the normal range for the car t to be working.

Yes I was told I’m in complete stringent remission. I’m just thinking ahead to when I have my mm bloodwork in September what to think if the light chains went up from .6

Mine were both so low the ratio couldn’t be determined. Keep an eye on it. Mine started going up after a year. Kappa higher than lambda. If only one is moving, watch closely. .6 is nothing really. When your body is fighting off something, they do move around. My kappa went to 40 and lambda stayed under 3. Definite red flag there

My kappa was .6 and lambda 1.34. No ratio could not be calculated
