10mg Revlimid 2 weeks on 1 off and once a month Darzalex faspro

My Lambda was 2,300 before treatment is now around 4. I was diagnosed in March '24 at age 67, have been in remission since August '24. No SCT

That answer above reflects my situation. Kappa light chain was 267 when starting
treatment, and now it is nine! I'm also not declared being in remission, may never be in remission, but every bit of good news is awesome!

I was on maintenance with daratumumab for two years only but without revlimid as wasnt working well with me. But then I relapsed.
So at the moment started the 4th cycle of carfilzomib, dexamethasone and pomalidomide.
Which by the way have had it before in 2022 when i had relapsed 1 year after sct🙏
