It varies to the individual but typically you will see a rise in your heavy and light chain proteins involved in your particular myeloma
The most common proteins affected our Gamma heavy chain and Kappa light chain
And your m spike will arise
Meaning they will find monoclonal proteins which are the myeloma cancerous proteins in addition to the normal healthy polyclonal proteins
