So confused, it took drs. 6 years to find anal cancer at a stage 4, how is this smoldering?
The 2 cancers are unrelated

Netta, please ask for a printout of your lab work that is ordered by your oncologist every time they do your monthly doctor's labs. Keep them together in a loose-leaf binder organized by date. This… read more

Apparently when our Syracuse doctor sent a report to our Florida oncologist, he said that my husband has IgA Myeloma. We had never heard it classified this way before, and our Florida oncologist also said that none of his tests showed that. I am taking Revelmid 15mg.
Hi Vince, are you able to get access to your patient portal? It helped me to look up my labs so I could understand why they were too low or too high.

This test is available for all Ig types. It more accurate than SPEP and IFE
If so, where are you getting it from and is it covered by insurance
I’ll be looking into that and add to this Post
Mass Spectrometry Testing (MST) is a far more accurate way to test for MM activity but I think it’s only available at limited facilities
If you’re getting MST, where ?
Thank you @A MyMyelomaTeam Member I'll definitely do that!
Has anyone found a good form either online or printable to track myleoma blood work
Kathryn, I have good patient access as well. I see my results the same time my doctor does. I guess some facilities don't have a patient portal yet.😏
