I see this going up.
I have a hard time getting any information out of my Oncologist.
Any suggestions on how to get information out of her.

She says is we are monitoring at times she says I don’t have Multiple Myeloma, and other times she does say I have Multiple Myeloma. So confusing.
I am taking Revelmid 15mg.

How is your ratio between Kappa and Lambda? And how is your Lambda Free light chain? The most important is the r number of the ratio between Kappa over Lambda.
My number of Kappa runs between 69 and or 54.

And the ratio is kind stable… kappa over Lambda.

My doctor told me is that is what he monitors the RATIO Kappa over Lambda.

I am amazed at all that ya’ll know about your numbers cause in the past my local dr never discussed anything with me about my progress I just recently changed to a specialist at Md Anderson and got a second opinion from another local oncologist in Lake Charles and I’m hoping to know more about my mm.

Hi Vince, I just read your message about getting information from your doctor. My first thought was are you seeing a MM specialist? It’s imperative that you work with an experienced oncologist who specializes in MM. I was diagnosed with MM in early 2020 at the same time COVID came out. I was diagnosed with MM Stage 1, had a stem cell transplant and am now in remission. I get 2 maintenance injections monthly and have done well so far.
