I am on carfilzomib and pomalyst and if anyone else is on the same medication what side effects they may have.

I was on them back in 2017. I did not get a response from tis combination, but it certainly doesn't mean you won't. I think it's a good idea to check your blood pressure every day at home. Carfilzomib (Kyprolis) can make your blood pressure go up. I've been on the Pomalyst since early 2017. Fatigue is my biggest issue. I also have to stay on top of constipation. I'm getting neuropathy. Joel Andrews at Emory has me taking alpha lipoic acid 600 mg and super b complex. You might want to ask about taking them.
