Even after a good night's sleep, I could close my eyes and nap by 10:30am. I don't usually, but only because I fight through it. Fatigue is, most definitely, a side effect. I've also been told that Revlimid has an accumulative effect. Next month will be 9 years for me.

Yes I always rest when needed.
We are bombarding our bodies with chemical poisons. It's all bound to catch up with us. Sometimes I'm in the middle of something, and I just have to keep going. But if possible, I take a short catnap to help revive me.
Fatigue is common from the low red blood cell counts, stomach upset, nightly insomnia or poor sleep. Side effects of both multiple myeloma and Revlimid. I conquer them with exercise , or walks, but that isn’t necessarily for all. A short nap is okay, but extended sleep will cause more insomnia.
