Sharing this info with some tips on integrative oncology for Multiple Myeloma, based on reliable sources like the American Cancer Society and Mayo Clinic. This approach supports your health alongside your treatmentβ€”it does not replace chemo or immunotherapy.

🍎 Nutrition:
Plant-rich meals, lean protein, and plenty of water
Supplements like vitamin D or omega-3 may help (ask your doctor first!)

πŸ’ͺ Gentle Movement:
Short walks, stretching, yoga, or tai chi
Helps strength, fatigue, and mood

🧘 Mind & Spirit:
Meditation, prayer, journaling, or deep breathing
Supports mental health and emotional well-being

🌸 Supportive Therapies:
Massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, or creative arts
Helps with pain, neuropathy, and fatigue

πŸ„ Herbs & Nutraceuticals:
Curcumin, astragalus, or medicinal mushrooms may support immunity
Always check with your doctor

πŸ’‘ Tips:
Track your energy, diet, and symptoms
Talk with your oncology team before adding anything new
Focus on safety and what works for you

Integrative oncology is about healing your body, mind, and spirit. It cannot cure Multiple Myeloma, but it enhances quality of life and helps you feel empowered.

πŸ™ (Prayer):
β€œMay Mighty Lord bless us with strength, patience, and peace. May He guide us through treatments and fill our hearts with hope and gratitude.”

God bless us all
