It hasn't yet, but I guess the longer government is shut, the more people will be affected. Let's hope it opens up soon.

I had a visit to the oncologist Tuesday ans was informed the infusion center is being relocated back to the main hospital campus. So while I can still see the doctor on the East side, when I need an infusion treatment (not every month) I have to travel the additional 20 minutes to the main campus. The reason given was the new mandates make it impractical to keep the satellite clinic operating, therefore it is being relocated to the hospital.
I am going to hate not being able to get my treatments done in one stop.

I asked a similar question as I'm involved with a clinical trial and was told no but research areas will probably be affected. But I also asked about the medications as the President has said there will be tariffs on meds if not manufactured in the USA. My clinic didn't have an answer at the that time.
