Curt, I have been on both of these following relapse. Unfortunately they did not work well for me. I am now on a bi-specific (teclistamab) which seems to be working.
Yes. They were both used as a bridging therapy before my car t in May. They worked spectacularly. It brought my Kappa down to 4 in a matter of weeks. Both can cause heart issues so you need a base scan done first. I had a dose 2x a week for 3 weeks. Need a step up dose done to make sure you can tolerate
I couple years ago or more I started Kyprolis/Xpovio/Dex but then I had heart issues and was hospitalized for about a month but since I have a long history of heart failure we weren't sure if it was the Kyprolis that caused it.. My oncologist didn't think so but to be safe he changed it to Scarlisa/ Pomalyst/Dex and so far that's been working. I'm also on a different heart med that is working great and so far no problems taking it with the chemo.
I’m still on Darzalex that targets D38. Still working wonderful. I hope they find best combination for you also.
