I was nervous too. But the nurses at my local health department are wonderful. I felt very comfortable with them. They give shots all day long. I did go by the list from the transplant team. 🥰
Pam, same here. They flat refused to give me the MMR. Oncologist advised also not to take. Good luck on your journey. Also, because I am on Maintenace Revlimid, and Oncologist says I will be on it indefinitely, then they highly recommend NOT taking the MMR Vaccine. I guess the chances of catching Measles Mumps and Robella are a lot less than in the past.

After my stem cell transplant, I had to get all my vaccines again. Our local health department helped to coordinate the schedule of administering the shots. It was just like I was a kid again. Take care! ♥️
