@A MyMyelomaTeam Member,
I would be careful of drinking too much softened water since it contains salt and salt is not good for the kidneys. I buy cases of Mountain Valley Spring Water from Sprouts, but MVSW does home delivery too. The bottles are glass.

Like everyone is saying, drink plenty of water. I found that I can consume more water that is cool or room temp than drinking ice cold water. If your kidney levels are functioning in a normal range and your not under any treatment then I wouldn't worry about the kidneys. Still not a bad idea to drink the daily recommended, 9-11 cups a day for women, especially in the summer. Note: This is my opinion, please consult your doctor.

• Stay well hydrated by drinking 2-3 liters of water daily
• Work closely with your healthcare team to find the right treatment plan
• Be cautious with medications - discuss any new medicines with your doctor first, especially pain medications which can Show Full Answer
I would only recommend 2litres per day. I believe if you drink too much your heart may not be able to cope well with excess fluid around the heart. This may depend on age as well and what your kidneys are up to. Always ask your Doctor.
Ditto. Lots of water. Coffee helps me and also NA beer. Need some flavor. Erdinger NA beer tastes like real beer. Love ❤️ it
