I am 67 years old and just got diagnosed 4 months ago. I have always done weight training light since I hit my 60's. Now that Covid is back I work out at home. I have 5 pound dumbbells which I do 3 exercises of 100 reps and I do push ups and 100 punches with each arm. Along with stretching exercises in between. I hope to get there 1 day.

If you feel pain or become short of breath, take a break and rest.
