I’m on my 3rd month of 10 mg Revlimid for 21 days, then rest for 7. My M Proteins have increased over the past 2 months so I think my Dr will increase my dosage

Thanks everyone- we will see how it goes. I’d rather have lowest dose possible. So far- still sitting at 0.02 for second month of maintenance. 🙏 it holds

I was on 25 mg Revlimid for 14 days on and 7 off (insurance wouldn’t approve the 21 day on protocol that my docs wanted) for 16 weeks. Took 20 mg of Dex along with it. Was getting D-VRD. Now I’m on a break from it because harvesting of stem cells starts in a week! 😳

That's typical for my case. I was up and down from 10 to 25mg from 2017 to 2023 depending on my blood work. Now that I've relapsed I'll get a new maintenance plan.

I had 16 weeks of 25mg Revlimid and 15mg Dex during induction. Now 10mg Rev 21/7 maintenance. Your doctor adjusts the dosages according to your specific case.
