My Maintenance changed by dropping Velcade and Dex, Lenalidomide strength was lowered, and continued Darzalex Faspro--but only once a month.

I have just started my maintenance therapy of Revlimed 10mg daily.

Dropped Velcade
Lowered revlimid from 25mg to 15mg
Bloodwork and Dara injection, once a month- No more steroids or premeds

For the last 1 1/2 years on maint, I’ve been on Revlimid 10 mg 21 on, 7 days off.

I'm still on Pomalyst and Darzalex. They did let me drop the dex a few years ago
