First, I'm really glad you recovered quickly from covid. Just guessing. You may already have anti-bodies that know how to target covid. Maybe you got covid in the past and developed natural immunity. I think it is also possible that the current strain of covid is not that strong. Most people I know who have had covid the past 6 months said it was like a regular cold.

I was fighting sinusitis entire month of November. Primary Care doesn’t understand the problem. You need aggressive intervention with antibiotics at the get go. Finally my oncologist took over.
An alternative is to take antibiotics continuously in cold and flu season. Low IgG can be treated with IVIG, but you should hold that in reserve unless antibiotics don’t work.

I did get all the vaccinations. I also had Covid last year at Christmas. But immunoglobins are antibodies. I am amazed that I have a good immune response that seems to remember having seen this virus with my immunoglobins all low. IgG is (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) normal), IgM is <5 (63-244), and IgA is 55 (84-403). There must be another component of the immune system involved.

Debbie, I don't know but this is good to hear. My IgG is only 214. It's been very low for the past 7 years. I did get all my vaccines. So this must help. I don't remember my college classes, but there are more than one kind of immunity. So hopefully our cellular immunity helps too.😉
