my husband just went on hospice. What does the end stage of MM look like?

He was dx in 2018, failed a BMT, went on velcade the daraturamad. He feels his quality of life is poor. Treatment has caused severe neuropathy. He falls a lot. He is 69 years old and has IDDM in addition to MM. What does his life expectancy look like? He is now on hospice.
