Thanks Donna...I would like to get more information on this to present to my myeloma doctor. She wants to stop the Dara and keep me only on Revlimid. šŸ˜† I like to plan ahead for my next move. Thinking about getting second opinions .

I started taking Dara Fas Pro as part of a clinical 3 year trial along with 10 mg Revlimid for maintenance. The only side effects are low immunoglobulins. I have been MRD negative since I started taking Dara. Like Donna says, it has been a wonder drug for me. I have one year left of the trial and would love to drop the Revlimid after the trial is over and stay on the Dara. My doctor is hesitant saying there is no long term study on being on Dara only but I am ready for a break from Revlimid. šŸ„°

I've been on Darzalex faspro since it was FDA approved. I had the infusion since 2017 before that. I do get more tired for 3 days after my shot. But mostly Darzalex has been a Godsend for me. I do have low immunoglobulins. So you will have to be wary of infections. I would like to get the Faspro as my maintenance and drop the Pomalyst, but not sure it's a good idea for me. šŸ˜‰ The Faspro is a subcutaneous injection straight into my belly fat over 3 to 5 minutes. If the nurse angles the needle I bruise. So straight in is better for me šŸ‘

Hi Wendym, Iā€™m on the same program as you. I would love to get off the Revlimid. It gives me constant diarrhea. My oncologist finally admitted that it must be the Revlimid after I had every other test! Dara works great!

Wendy, your specialist know best. Darzalex does decrease our immunoglobulins, but Revlimid and Pomalyst have risks of secondary cancers. I honestly don't think my specialist will let me drop either one.
