I was in patient for two weeks, and had to stay close by for another two weeks. The transplant hospital was 200 miles south of where I live.

I did 6 days inpatient due to severe diarrhea. 34 days at Stanford in total.

If all goes well plus or minus 15 days. My doctor said the quickest he seen someone's numbers come up and get discharged was 11 days. I made it out in 19 I think.

Two weeks then since I lived more than two hours away from hospital, we rented an Air B and B for 2 weeks near the hospital.

The SCT procedure at Duke Medical was outpatient. I was only hospitalized 4 days when my temperature spiked. Total stay “in the Duke area” was 31 days.
