The site has changed and I'm not able to find my original bio and updates.
Is it gone, should I start over? I've asked this before but did not see a response.
I started this back in 2019? I think and I didn't copy my profile or medical information.

I am being my own advocate.......which, in these times is not always welcomed.

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated when a site redesign makes things harder to find β€” especially when you've put real effort into sharing your story over the years!

Your profile and story should still be there. Here's how to find it:

1. Look for your profile picture in the upper right corner of the site

Your profile and story should still be there. Here's how to find it:

1. Look for your profile picture in the upper right corner of the site
2. Click on it and select "View My Profile"
3. Once on your profile, look for the "Story" tab
4. From there you should be able to see and edit your existing information

If your bio and updates from 2019 onward aren't showing up after following these steps, it's worth reaching out to the support team directly β€” they should be able to help locate your original content before you consider starting over.

No response yet from the " ambassadors", or staff. .....I keep checking my profile and story and there is only my basic stats; name, basic information.

I keep track of my medical records too. I'm speaking about this site, and how it has changed. I am not able to find my original bio and updates any longer. I've sent two messages to see if here is something that can be done to restore my original bio. So far I've heard nothing, except what AI has to say, which did not work. I can collect my medical information from My Chart and a lot of the copies that I used to make....in the beginning of treatment but why.......you know? I go to the " stories" section and there is just a heading that I should share my ...experiences ( paraphrasing ). Is anyone's past bio missing besides mine?
It's not a HUGE deal, but it is a question that I would like the answer to. From 2019 to recently, I've updated and I don't remember what I wrote. So maybe I should just " stick to the facts ma"m "? Nothing but MM stats now? Am I over reacting? Is this site ( along with other morbidity sites under the same company ), only about collecting information, Period, now? My Myeloma Team is not the only condition that this company offers for support...........?
