An adjustable bed frame that allows you to raise the head of the bed was a lifesaver.
Prescription pain medication was absolutely necessary until the fractures healed and the lesions were destroyed.
Try hemp cream. At first I didn’t think it helped but now I find it helps relieve a bit of the pain and one that has back pain every bit helps. It only seems to last a couple of hours but you can reapply four times a day. Hope it helps!

It was a life saver but the back lumbar support was too short. So I looked for a bit better looking one. I hope it helps! I have to have soft support on my spine. For the car: https://a.co/d/093P08QX
Then we made a 20 X 15 2” piece of foam (from Hobby Lobby) to support my back on our couch. I covered it with a silk pillow case. I actually have multiple cushions now around the house. I pray these ideas help! ✝️🙏🛐
No judgement please but marijuana gummies are very helpful to control pain!
@A MyMyelomaTeam Member Agree!!! I’m in my adjustable bed now, dipping on tea to face the day. I’m also grabbing a link for what has helped my car rides!
