I have multiple cellular inflammatory things going on and many asymptomatic symptoms. I also have neuropathy and other neurological issues so thank you for that information.I’ve a Neurological assessment appointment coming up and can link that in. I’ve been treated in the past for migraines Now really bad head aches where it’s painful to even touch or put pressure on. Is this a symptom? Are Swollen Lymph nodes/glands.

Will blocked or swollen lymph nodes show anything on Ultra sound. I have swollen lymph nodes on either side . Both are on my carotid artery. The Ultra sounds do not show tumors

It's important your doctor evaluates this properly to understand what's driving it in your specific case. Regarding your severe headaches with scalp tenderness — this is not a typical listed symptom of MGUS or myeloma, but it absolutely warrants urgent medical attention, especially given the change from your previous migraine pattern. Please don't wait for your neurology appointment if these are worsening.

- The change in headache character and scalp/pressure sensitivity
