Anyone who has car t get their light chain test back and the numbers really low? My kappa was .6 lambda 3.something ratio not calculated

What do you mean your m spike was unchanged. I have kappa mm so the lower the better I thought

@Donna996-M Spike is also measured by a series of Protein Electx Reflx Pnl blood tests. Robert Monteiro is correct that infusions effect’s ratios within Kappa and Lambda.

Even without Car-T, and being on Kyprolis infusions, my ratio could not be calculated half of the time.
