Members in remission from multiple myeloma and related cancers opened up about ongoing fatigue, sharing that it can persist for years even without active treatment. Several members found relief through regular exercise including cardio and weight training, staying well-hydrated with 2 to 3 liters of water daily, taking vitamins like B12 and B complex, and adjusting daily routines such as delaying breakfast or timing naps. A recurring theme was gratitude for being alive alongside the honest truth that fatigue remains unpredictable, and that gentle movement and community connection help members push through each day.

I have not been taking any cancer medications for over a year and my blood work is normal. However, I still experience fatigue and it varies from day to day. It I am thankful for every new day that I am not in terrible pain.

I'm on maintenance lenalidomide 3 days a week. I've been in remission for three years and was tired every single day until I started cardio and weight training 3 days a week at the gym about a month ago. It has made a world of difference in my energy level! Thanks to the Mrs. for (finally) talking me into joining her!

I try to walk and exercise within limits. I have been off meds for 6 years.

2-3 liters of water a day! You may have to tinkle more than you want to, but it's well worth it. I also drink at least one sugar free electrolyte drink per day. Pedialyte has a sugar free version.
