Not sure it will ever go away especially if you are getting maintenance drugs. I had my sct in January 2016 in remission for 7 1/2 years on a maintenance drug and have persistent fatigue Rep lapses and back in remission on 1 mg pomalyst and Dara faspro and still have fatigue
