In 2019 my feet and leg cramps were so bad my toes touched my shin. I rarely have them now. I take calcium supplements. MRM Bone Maximizer III works well for me. 1200-1400 mg a day, with extra D3 for absorption, K2 which tells it to go to the bones and muscles, and Vitamins C, A and E complex which helps them to work better. I avoid salty foods, caffeine, carbonated drinks, because they take calcium out of the bone.
