I have the 17p deletion TP53 stage 3 high risk Lambda light chains MM. I chose no SCT and doing well with just the treatments for 2 years now at 69 years old. Asymptomatic and tolerating treatments well.

I am taking Zinc every day. It helps support the TP53 tumor suppressor gene.

Rick, they took me off chemo in 2010 when I was asymptomatic. I'm 84. MM did cost me two knees and 5" of spine. I do annual bloodwork. Kaiser Permanente.
