I too have soldering Myeloma and a very stressful job. Fortunately I am self employed and removed the most stressful aspects of my work from my plate. Fortunately I am in a place where I could afford a reduction in my income. If I were you I would not continue in that enviroment if you have a choice. Look for another Job or retire if either are options. My SMM is progressing even after making work and dietary changes. I wish you luck in whatever decision you make.
I believe stress is one of the worst things for MM. I avoid it as much as possible and try not to create any of my own. Hope you find relief soon.
Your first step is to remember to breathe.
Secondly be sure you have a good Oncologist/Hematologist who specializes in Multiple Myeloma. Since you live in Louisville, I'm sure you have multiple options.
I'm glad you have joined this group, you will find lots of support from the members and much practical information on topics
from what causes Myeloma to how to get rid of itchy skin.
I have added you to my team so we can keep in touch better. Remember, you are not alone in this - hang tight, we've got your back!😎
This too shall pass
Thank you
