You can certainly apply for accommodations for your smoldering myeloma. You should talk to your HR department, especially if you are being bullied. That's just awful. The stress certainly isn't good for your immune system 😕

You need to meet with your HR. First make sure they know you have cancer then use the words " hostile work environment"

No, treat but I’m suffering at work I’m in a hostal work environment. I have been employed for 10 years. I bearly miss work but have missed more work this year than normal from sickness, depression and anxiety. I was wrote up for the first time for saying the words they are after me. I was nominated for counselor of the year beginning of the school year. School system going through budget cuts and they have to let one of the counselors go but I have seniority. I’m not the counselor that they would like to keep. So principal and bullies are trying to push me out. Because I’m fighting back and proving I’m great and deciding to stay. Principal has decided to change my job duties and take students away from me. The rataletion give me all the jobs from the other counselors that non of them want to do. Job duties that nobody wants to do. I’m the only counselor getting my job changed. I also have records of him hollering at me and belittling me. I feel alone and I’m getting treated like crap. I’m scared, sad, and feel helpless.

That’s just awful! What a bully! It’s definitely time to go to the school district office and file a complaint.
