As of March 6, 2026, the "Patient Advocate Foundation" grant for Multiple Myeloma has opened again. The last time it was opened was January 13, 2026. I missed it because it closed in a matter of hours. This is how I pay my insurance premiums which frees of funds for other necessities. If you miss it this time, you can signup for email notifications the next time it opens. The application link to apply is below.

Hi Jennette,

I'm so sorry to hear you will need a higher dose of Lenalidomide. My doctor reduced my brand name Revlimid from 10 mg to 5 mg. I asked him to change the dosage from 21/7 to 14/14 days on/off. He said no.

After trying to get my doctor to set me up with IVIG home infusions, he finally did it. The medicine which is Gammaguard and the IV pole was delivered to my home last week. The nurse wanted to come to my home on Wednesday to give me the treatment, but I told her I am trying to coordinate the treatment with a procedure I need at the dentist. My dentist wants me to have the IVIG infusion a few days prior to treatment to prevent bacterial from reaching my heart. I wish we didn't need to take these medicines, but they do have their benefits.

Take good care of yourself.

I had my upper back molar pulled after 2 root canals and I had to be off of Zometa 6 months. Of course no implant with my severe Osteoporosis.

Great news Vicki. I think of you since I have been on my Lenalidomide 5 MG. I see my Oncologist on Tuesday, i think she will up my dose, my Beta 2 Microglobulin is about 5th highest it has ever been. 4.14. My platelets are down. To 80 and my IGG Is down 468. I did get a IVIG last month and that seems to perk me up. I make sure I get the Dr. REDDY. Hugs to all my BFF's
