Has anyone used this supplement ACHH which is supposed to support the immune system by increasing killer cells and and support the T cells and increase white blood cells ? It seems like a big claim to me and I am not normally afraid of supplements but this one I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with it - I’m still on Dara and Velcade and I don’t want to take anything that could be a mistake for me. I should ask my doctor I guess, but just wondering if anyone has any practical… read more

Linda,
It seems to have good reviews. It definitely could help me with my low WBC. I’ve been low since 2011. I’ve read that mushrooms are very good for the immune system and Memorial Sloan Kettering says it reduces chemo-associated adverse effects. I’m all for that! Frankincense helps with that too. Thanks for sharing. I’m going to look into their Curcumin SR too.

Hi Paula-
I hope it works for you!!!
My WC stays between 1.8 and 3ish so I get the low white count thing -
AI posted a response with some concerns about drug interactions so I guess we have to be careful—-

If you end up taking it, let us know if it seems to help!!

@A MyMyelomaTeam Member,
I’m so glad you are doing well.💕 With the other supplements I take, I also take Zinc. Zinc supports the p53 gene which stops tumors from forming. Most MM patients are deficient in Zinc and D3.

What I do like about Sheppard's company is how customers can email their health concerns to him. And, his nurse will provide them with the info they need about the amount of Astaxanthin to take.

Maybe that's why the price is so high... you are also paying for support with the supplement. If I was at the start of my cancer treatment, I probably would want the support, but I am at the end of my healing journey and don't feel I need the extra support.

My upcoming April 13, 2026 Lab Orders only contain a few blood work items on it while in the past, the list has always been a full page or 1 ½ pages long of blood work orders. And at my last doctor's appt, the doctor didn't even come into the room for my visit. His P. A saw me instead. I thought he was absent, but no, he was there with other patients.

I feel so blessed with my progress. I want to use Astaxanthin to help maintain my wellness in addition to my Whole Foods Plant-based diet, green smoothies, regular exercise, sauna bathing, grounding, Non-Toxic personal care and cleaning products and PEMF as soon as I decide which one to buy.

Cancer cells are weak. The more anti-cancer measures you throw at it, the more difficulty it is for cancer cells to suvive. As Sam Sheppard said "cancer cells are on the borderline of life and death". My goal is to steer them into the direction of death since they are obviously ignoring the apoptosis memo.

Or maybe the instructions to self destruct isn't being sent out to our cells with damaged DNA because our cancer suppression genes were turned off at the time. However, the good news is you can turn your Cancer Suppressor Genes back on with the proper diet and lifestyle.

I believe I have managed to turn my Cancer Suppressor Genes back on based on my labs and ClonoSEQ test results which only showed 7 MM cells on my December 29, 2025 test. My next ClonoSEQ test is April 13, 2026. I'm hoping to reach MRD negative this time. It's been 2 years since my doctor switched me from induction therapy to maintenance therapy (Revlimid). I didn't know it would take so long to reach MRD negative, but I'm thankful that my MM cells are constantly decreasing.

The Lord is good. And not only for providing me with the knowledge to do the things I am doing to heal but also the drive to do them consistently. Yes, I am taking Revlimid but I am not going to solely depend on it, especially since my local oncologist and MM Specialist at UCSD in San Diego wanted me to incorporate Darzalex FastPro with my Revlimid for maintenance. It looks like both medications together are becoming the standard of care for maintenance therapy. I said no thanks. I'll just take the Revlimid and do my own non conventional methods, as I listed above.
