Two years ago, I contemplated on buying a PEMF device but wasn’t sure about making such a large investment, since they can be pricey.
Instead I purchased the “HealthyLine Far Infrared Light Electric Heating Pad for Pain Relief – 50 Pieces Natural Jade and Tourmaline Gemstones – Negative Ions, Flexible Mat”.
It only cost $129 on Amazon which was well within my price range and the best part was, if I wanted to buy the PEMF device in the future, I could return my old one and the full amount I paid would be applied toward the new mat.
It turns out I am ready to upgrade. I am currently doing a lot of research to determine which PEMF mat is best for me. I am leaning towards the Healthyline Jet. It costs over a $1000, but has a 90 day trial.
Even though I can trade my current mat in and get the $129 I paid two years ago applied, it feels like a drop in the bucket since the PEMF mat costs ten times as much, but I am drawn to this technology because of the possible benefits of helping with bone healing.
It's been over 3 years since I sustained six spinal fractures. And, although I am a lot better, I would like to be even better. I'm hoping the PEMF mat can help with the pain and bone healing, more than my current mat. And, I also like how there have been some positive studies on the effects of PEMF on cancer cells.
