No. I refused Zometa. Instead I take 1200-1400 mg of Calcium, Magnesium, D3 & K2 combo (MRM BONE MAXIMIZER III) with extra D3 & K2. The D3 helps my body to absorb the calcium, and the K2 tells the calcium to go to my bones instead of clogging my arteries. I also take Vitamin C, A and E complex. I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis 8-9 years ago. It’s working well for me. My blood calcium numbers have gone down.

Zometa worked for me. Strengthened my bones and lowered my calcium.
In Ontario,, Canada, Zometa (or Zolendronic Acid) treatment is considered a Standard of Care by Cancer Care Ontario for active multiple myeloma unless there is a contraindication.
