Not sure when to call my situation "in remission". My lt chain numbers are all within "normal" range. But because I have no symptoms of MM and no adverse reactions to my current drug protocol I am keeping my 28 day cycle of Darzalex Faspro and 21 on and 7 off of Pomalyst. My Img, Ima and Imm immunoglobulin numbers are all low and have been since the start of this journey. I take reasonable precautions and live my life as normal as possible.
