I noticed you posted twice about not wanting injections, is it fear of the needle? Darzalex faspro probably has less side effects and is more effective than most treatments for MM for most patients. I was diagnosed in March '24 at age 67 with stage 3 high risk Lambda light chains went into remission in August '24. I am asymptomatic and have very few side effects from maintenance. In March '26 I will have another BMB. I am on 10mg Revlimid 2 weeks on 1 off and Darzalex faspro once a month 1,800. I may be off one of them if my BMB shows I am in complete remission. I am hoping it is the Revlimid because it affects my blood counts making a lot of them close to the low end of normal. No known side effects at all from Darzalex faspro.

Interesting, you still talk about the pain being unbearable, have you had experiences in the past where the pain was unbearable? I can tell you with Darzalex faspro the injections for me go from nearly unnoticeable to nearly unbearable pain based on who administers it and how they administer it. Also waiting for it to warm up a bit since it comes from the fridge helps. Slow delivery also. Not sure if I am speaking of the same issue to you?

I use lodicaine cream on injection site one hour before they give me the shot in stomach. Can't feel anything. Good luck

Thanks it's not the fear of prick.Currently with 2 chemo doses orally and other medicines My lower back is paining a lot.Cannot sleep or turn on bedside without having painkiller killer everyday.So my fear is by taking Darazex and Denusumab injections the pain might just be unbearable also initially I have to take weekly for 8 weeks that is a nightmare I am not physically and mentally prepared for that.By the time you get adjusted to first dose it's time for another dose.
My first dose will start on 12 January 26
