The first MRI had the same effect as the second.....not knowing the first was a side effect; just had a suspicion the first time. After the scan w/wo, contrast, I felt weak and my walking gait was so so slow....because of MM?

Kathryn,
For the last 5 years, I have controlled my cramping legs with Calcium, Magnesium, D3 and K2 supplements. Calcium also helps with pain.

I was advised to drink plenty of fluids following the scan to flush the contrast fluid out of my system as quickly as possible.

Your doctors should have told your white blood cells are attacked by cancer. Any virus or bacteria will make you sick for about a month. You have blood cancer. It makes you very weak. No this doesn't pass. I'm sorry to say your disease is uncurable. I have fatigue and neuropathy in my feet. I am 100 percent cancer free but I have been damaged by the cancer, cancer treatment (chemo and radiation) and side effects of the medicine I take. I am on government disability. Tell others to Google it so they can understand this disease. How can they support you if they don't know what it is.

Probably the MM caused fatigue.
