At the moment all is going extremely well. My wife's Myeloma is in full remission and has been for over two years. We are trying to understand and plan for the future in terms of end of life planning. We are not looking at this as a morbid exercise, we are very enthusiastic about our future.

Thank you and all the best, Rick. We are older than you by a bit and have our affairs in order. We are now more focused on the mechanics of what end of life looks like and how to prepare. Resources for this type of information are next to non-existent to say the least. In the meantime we are well and very positive about the future.
Your questions are all valid, along with planning for who gets any possessions one has. You didn't mention ages, because these things and more need to be considered for the elderly regardless if you are sick. I am 68 near 69, was diagnosed in March '24 and have responded well to treatments. I am asymptomatic and tolerating treatments well. I still work full-time but really needs to get my affairs in order. I live alone so there may come a time when I need assistance. Good luck navigating these difficult issues.
