I eat all these recommended foods, my husband eats none of them. But I'm the one gets sick. He won't touch any veggies, and only watermelon and apples.for fruit.
I have a tip: I quit using store bought bread and instead use white corn tortilla wraps to reduce calories and sodium. I use the uncooked wraps that I heat (cook) once I know what the meal is so I can shape the shell to best effect. I have a cast iron skillet on the stove unit takes about a minute and a half to cook the wrap and taking it off the skillet is when you shape it to cool for best ability to fill and eat. I use a thick knife handle to fold the wrap around to hold it open like a taco shell to fill with ground meat and vegetables for breakfast.
Angie, are you having to take dexamethasone? That gave me heartburn. π
