My ALT came in high this set of blood tests and my last Dr visit something was said the fatty liver was common due to all the medicine I'm taking. If you've experienced this, what has been done about it.

Thanks! I know K2 is a good supplement to take with blood issues - learned that in a grade school report and have over the years occasionally - including just before I was diagnosed in 2022. I'll ask my doctors for approval to add that. Otherwise my list of supplements includes all those you've mentioned.

Sara,
I only took calcium and magnesium in 2019. It caused atherosclerosis. I only learned later that I needed to take D3 & K2. D to absorb it and K2 to tell it to go to your bones not clog your veins. Probiotics help with this too.

Thanks for the discussion. I have used Nutritional Yeast in the past - more as a seasoning/cheese substitute on salads. I'll check with my doctor. I do take a lot of B vitamins, D, and even calcium - osteoporosis means I need extra calcium.
