I was told by my MM specialist that for IgA kappa, he places more importance in the absolute kappa number over the ratio.
The more the ratio is out of limits the time to question. I have had the numbers out of whack but the dr said it can change. And it went back to normal.
I'll ask my oncologist.
Do the numbers in my previous entry constitute Kappa light chain myeloma? I know that mine is a high risk form of myeloma. That's why I've been on maintenance therapy for ten years.
