These symptoms should be taken seriously, especially while in remission. Multiple myeloma and its treatments can suppress the immune system, making you more susceptible to infections. A low-grade fever combined with nausea and fatigue could indicate an infection that needs prompt medical attention. If you're experiencing persistent nausea and vomiting, particularly if you can't keep food or liquids down, or if you're feeling weak and dizzy, you should contact your doctor right away. While nausea is common with multiple myeloma, severe or persistent symptoms may signal a serious issue that requires immediate medical attention.

In the meantime, some people find relief from nausea through meditation, aromatherapy, or distraction with comforting activities. However, given your fever and combination of symptoms, medical evaluation is strongly recommended rather than trying to push through these symptoms on your own.
