Hi when I was on Revlimid my white blood cells dropped putting me into hospital twice. Doctors said my nutraphyls were low. I was diagnosed with neutropenia. I was also taken off Revlimid. I had injections into my stomach which caused the wbc to go back to normal.
Then treatment was started again.

Clinical trials have shown promising results, with about 62% of participants responding to the treatment. Even better, after 9 months of treatment, about 67% of people were still responding well. While Teclistamab can be effective, it's important to know that it's typically used in cases where other treatments haven't worked (relapsed or refractory myeloma). The treatment binds to specific proteins on myeloma cells and activates your immune system's T-cells to target them. Your healthcare team can help determine if this might be a good next step based on your specific situation and treatment history.

Ferzin, how high is your m spike. Darzalex will cause a small spike, usually 0.2. They might be able to add another drug to help. I've always taken Darzalex with Pomalyst. I haven't tried the bispecifics yet.
